Delete your account

Delete it in the app

If you can access MaxStudy, open Settings and choose Delete account. Review or cancel any active Apple or Google subscription separately before deletion.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email support@maxstudy.app from the address associated with your account. We may request reasonable verification.

Deletion covers your account and associated uploads, recordings, transcripts, summaries, study tools, chats, folders, and profile data, subject to limited legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, and backup retention.
